Great efforts have been made over the years to make european cities more accessible and the results are quite good however there is more to be done to make sure navigating the city is one step easier for the visual impaired members of our society. the idea of the project is quite simple as everyone has been in the situation of being lost in a city they travelled day after day this problem is even more complex for a visually impaired person as if they lose track of their tactical guides it might be difficult to recover back onto the same route therefore we are working on developing a new tactical feedback tile to replace the existing system and offer more information for the users regarding the location and direction.
